It looks like Microsoft is getting ready to unveil its Windows 7 to the world….this year.  This should take place at the Professional Developers Conference in October this year in Las Vegas. This is largely a Windows oriented event, so it should be a great place for Microsoft to unveil their latest OS. I just hope they hurry up and stop using that annoying Windows 7 title.

There will be lots of cool stuff released in the showcase and for Windows users it looks like it will be an eye opening experience.  The rumours are that there will be a preview build of Windows 7 on display.  There will also be compatibility labs at PDC where users can test if various products are compatible with Windows 7.

We should be at PDC this year, so we hope to get some info and pics later on in October. Stay tuned.
