A little trick that is used in Windows to start applets when you are booting up your PC is great when you want to open that application, but it also make the boot up of your PC much slower.
If you want to stop these applications from running in the background when you are booting making your whole boot process much faster than just follow this;
- Type <windows – r>
- Type MSCONFIG – or you can open start and in the start search section at the bottom type MSCONFIG
- The system configuration box will pop up
- Check on the startup tab
- Uncheck all the applications you don’t want starting at the bootup process
- Click apply and OK
Hopefully this should help in making your boot up process heaps faster.
